The front edge of any car is the most vulnerable to stone chipping. When hit by a stone or any road debris, this section is most likely to chip to the bare metal. It is imperative that these edges are protected. Chip Guard Custom Designs ensures this, through an additional eighth of an inch of 3M urethane in every kit we sell.
This '99 Ford Mustang Cobra has had Chip Guard kit # 911-25(c) installed protecting it's fenders & hood. The kit is designed to wrap around approx. 1/8 inch at the front and sides of hood and fenders. To order this kit, click here. The bumper on this Cobra has also been protected with Chip Guard.

Bumpers;
Bumpers can also be protected using a piece of Paint Protection Film 24" wide by 86" long. This specialized bumper application allows for no seams, is completely covered and invincible. For complete bumper protection, a pre-cut quantity of material (24x86") is available for installations (Retail $220.00) Note: Highly skilled installers recommended for complete bumper installs.
